Look At Christ's Cross

Updated: Jun 9, 2019

I want to know Christ and the power of His Resurrection and the sharing of His sufferings by becoming like Him in His death, if somehow I may attain the Resurrection from the dead. Philippians 3:10-11

Paul says, I want to know Christ as beloved complete Savior, and the power of His Resurrection that raises us from sin's death into Christ's life of love. Do you have similar deep yearnings to know your complete Savior? Paul says, still your mind and heart in Christ's Cross.

For when we share in the suffering He experienced at His crucifixion then Spirit is deepening our faith. What Jesus experienced at the crucifixion we may only understand by the Holy Spirit's gift to us of that knowledge. And to understand Christ's suffering on the Cross melts our hearts because we do not deserve His Holy love, and yet He gives it without hesitation, on the Cross. Oh how He loves us!

My friend, as you and I are conformed to His death on the Cross then Spirit ushers us into the Way of Spirit's perfecting transformation. So keep your focus on the Cross and His crucifixion, the suffering, and do not glance away. It is in His tremendous suffering and pain that He give you Resurrection from your sins.

Pause long at His Cross. Many of us join you there right now.

And with tender hearts we stand in Spirit's unity, understanding within the core of who we are that He has truly suffered the ultimate cost through His suffering and death to give us His Resurrection. The Son of God has so suffered for us.

To God be the Glory!
