In order to triumph in life Mothers know (from Jesus) that we have to forget the little mishaps and forge ahead. Forgetting and forgiving clears your heart's intent. Simply drop the t off of forget and you get forge. Life has little mishaps and through it all we forge ahead doing our best as Holy Spirit enables us.
Jesus says, "I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) Our hearts are lifted by Him; uprighted to go forward. When a disappointment is encountered we can go ahead and get busy-- in creativity, with laughter, during conversations with others, and in taking care of what needs to be done.
Going forward is His best way. Apostle Paul's Mother taught this to him. Paul says, "forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the Heavenly call of God in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 3:13-14)
Christ anoints you with Holy Spirit to live in love, kindness, and understanding. Look for opportunities to give His blessings and live with thanksgiving for those around you. Christ is blessing you as you do what needs to be done as you give God the Glory.
