We

Jesus answered him, “Those who love Me will keep My word, and My Father will love them, and We will come to them and make Our home with them." John 14:23

Jesus starts His sentence with "Those," Those is our community and we dearly love the Lord. Loving Jesus makes each one of us home for Heavenly Father, Christ, and Holy Spirit. Home is where Christ's Love abides by the Power of the Holy Spirit. We are home bodies, His Church, standing side by side loving one another.

We believe His Love in us changes this world for the better.

In The Joyful Christian, C.S. Lewis writes that it is due to our love for Jesus that we are charitable to both those we like and those we do not like. 'Do not waste time bothering whether you "love" your neighbor; act as if you did. As soon as we do this, we find one of the great secrets.' (p. 140)

The secret being, 'If you do him (or her, your neighbor) a good turn, you will find yourself disliking him less.' But do not wait for his (the neighbor's) gratitude because it probably will not be given to you. Within acts of offering charity to others we then learn to love a little more. We increase our ability to love Jesus a little more. And we rock this world with Jesus' love because we are home bodies filled with endurance, kindness, and patience.

Remember a time you experienced Jesus' deep and abiding love for you. Hold that in your thoughts as we Praise Him for living with us, showing the world Heavenly Fathers desire for loving relationships with Christ and one another. Love was Jesus' driving force that sent Him to the Cross to die for us. Because He loves we love. Amen to that!
