Here Is The Lamb Of God

John 1:36

John the Baptist is preparing others to follow Jesus. Two of his disciples are nearby. John has trained them and they're ready. "Look, here is the Lamb of God!" John exclaims as Jesus walks by them. John's disciples spring into action, go to Jesus and ask Him where He is staying. “Come and see,” Jesus responds. Andrew and another disciple do just that!


Our Savior's invitation is for us: Come and see Jesus teaching, praying, giving words of salvation. Come and see Jesus give miracles and healing. Come and see the Reason for Living! Receive Jesus' forgiveness and see Jesus' Power overflow our hearts!!

Come and see our Savior through John’s Gospel-- John's firsthand experiences as he writes with Holy Spirit insight and clarity. Draw near to Jesus by opening your heart and mind to listen. Discern with your heart’s love for Him, Lamb of God Jesus– simply come to Him as He holds you in His Holy Presence. He will help you because you are dear to Him.


He (John the Baptizer) watched Jesus walk by, he exclaimed, “Look, here is the Lamb of God!” John 1:36

  1. Our Savior Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Bright and Morning Star, Friend of sinners, Bread of Life. Mighty and humble Jesus breaks our sin's bondages and sets us free to really Live. Merciful and Mediator, completely Worthy, Wonderful is the Name of our blessed Lord Jesus. What does it mean for us to refer to Jesus as the Lamb of God?
