Glorious Manner

We are now more than two thousand years beyond the birth of Christ, living in this third Millennium. The prophets spoke of times of upheaval and uncertainty, thus, challenges around us. Yet in every generation, God gives His people a steady word of hope. Scripture reminds us to stand firm:

“Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”—1 Corinthians 15:58

Only Christ’s Presence can carry us safely through the troubled waters of distressful times. The Holy Spirit is ever powerful within Christian hearts and minds, drawing us into the unity of Christ’s Love and strengthening us to excel in the work of the Lord. As we seek the truth of Scripture and grow in Bible-based learning, we gain the sure foundation we need to stand firm.

So stand firm in Christ your Savior. Be immovable, fully committed to God’s work, and confident that your labor in the Lord is never in vain. His blessings are already taking root and will come to fruition in a most glorious manner. May Christ be lifted up among our community of believers as we find the courage to act in faith and, when necessary, to speak with love and conviction.
